At TeamTrack HR Management System, we strive to provide the best HR management solution for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new users. During this trial period, you can explore all features without any charges. The trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancel before the renewal date
  • No cancellation fees apply

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • Service Interruption: Significant service interruptions or failures that prevent you from using the Service.
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts.
  • Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based charges already incurred
  • Add-on services or premium features after 30 days
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the first 30 days
  • Products or services purchased through third-party partners

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  5. Refunds typically appear within 10-14 business days

6. Prorated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day period, we may offer prorated refunds based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription, calculated at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

8. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, you retain access to your account and data for 30 days to allow for data export. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
